This was my second experience with Chicago Garage Door Company, and again it was excellent. I called at about 10AM on a Wednesday having a problem with my opener, and they gave me a 11:00-2:00 window. Within 30 minutes I got a heads up from Ryan that he was on his way and he arrived about 10 minutes later. He quickly fixed the immediate issue, and caught the unrelated problem that one of the nuts holding the drive unit to the bracket was only a thread away from falling off. He then took the time to reconfigure the safety sensors to resolve a long-standing issue with it being blinded by the sun at certain times of the day/year. 90 minutes from my call to complete resolution of ALL the problems! I am sure they can't deliver that kind of speed on every job, but you will appreciate the pr
