We chose Chicagoland Builders on experience, good reputation, and price. The new siding and gutters took about 3 weeks all-in to install. Great feedback along the way From on-site supervisor Frank, and his colleague Oscar who pointed out the issues our house had including 3 old layers of siding that had to be removed, along with replacement of some underlying wood. Very happy with our new hardy board siding and gutters!!

We got all new siding, soffits, fascia and gutters with Chicagoland Builders and we loved how everything turned out. The crew (especially Frank, Oscar and their team) was awesome — they were very kind, asked questions about how we wanted things, made recommendations, checked we were happy, were respectful of our neighbor’s area that we had to use. We’ll use Chicagoland again for other projects.

These guys were great. Not the lowest bid, but a fair price for the work that was done. They started the day they said they would and finished the exact day they promised the work would be done. The crew was fantastic. They worked well into the evenings and on weekends as well to get the work done on time. We are thrilled with the quality and the workmanship! Would definitely recommend them!!

We had an extensive Hardie siding project with a lot of detail; a discerning eye and an high expectation of performance. Mike, Frank, Bill, Oscar and team are excellent and far exceeded our expectations. These guys just know what they’re doing and are careful about making sure their work is done correctly. I would recommend and trust them on any exterior job you have. Don’t think twice.

I've used Chicago land builders on two projects before, just starting my third. The first was a complete residing with Hardee Board , window replacement and gutters/gutters. Beautiful work and very timely completed! Owner Mike and his staff have been great to work with and I'm very happy with all outcomes!!
