Chickasaw replaced my heating and air condition units in July 2025, and I am very pleased. Joe came out and was very professional and personable. He told me all my options with zero pressure as they do not work on commission. I received estimates from three other companies. All the estimates were competitive, but I chose I chose Chickasaw because I experienced Joe to be very honest with integrity; I felt no pressure, and their warranty was better. Leland and Chris did the installation, and Leland was especially polite and accommodating of all my questions. The service that we received from Alan was outstanding. Our AC unit failed on the morning of expected 100 deg. heat on 4th of July weekend. Chickasaw AC was able to work us in the schedule for an emergency service repair. Great troubleshooting resulted in the needed fix and AC back working!! It was a pleasure dealing with this professional. Truly a life-saver!

I have used Chickasaw Air for many years, and the service provided has always been excellent. Last week, though, their service was exceptional. On two different days I had issues with a furnace. Despite the hazardous road conditions from the snow and cold temperatures they were able to service/repair the furnace on both occasions in a very short period of time. Kudos to the Chickasaw team!!
