Is there anything lower than 1 star? I go to my mom's, take her a new modem and router because her internet is so slow and it’s DSL! She’s paying $60 a month for some 1997 bullshit. Switched her over to Sparklight. They were out the same day and she’s in the 21st century. Y’all are just preying on old people like America Online. Surprised you don’t send out cds in the mail.

We lost phone service and Internet due to tornado on April 27th. Chickasaw telephone worked hard to get our service restored quickly. We are grateful. We were not expecting them to get us and running just 5 days after the disaster. Our community is just top notch.. Everyone chipping in and helping each other. Thank you all for working so hard for all of us.. We thought we might have service back in a month not 5 days! Wow! What Service!! Thank You! Thank you for going above and beyond for all of us!! Box of hot garbage! Worst internet I've ever had. They always claim you have too many devices but the truth is they have ancient equipment in their central office. Can't wait for Elon or someone to put them out of business.

As new customers, we have been pleased with the professionalism of all of the representatives at Chickasaw Telephone Co. Cody and Philip, who completed the connectivity process, have been outstanding to work with! We have no complaints about the efficiency of the product services. Thank you all again!

Crappy, spotty internet service every evening after about 8:30 pm to usually after 9:30 to 9:45 pm. We get kicked off internet every eve. for the last to 2 1/2 months. They sent their guys out to check our box. We are not the problem. It's the service, or lack of it that makes me wish we had another ISP. If I can find another ISP, Chicken Wire telephone, with their bad connections after or during a rain, is gone. This has just started the mid of this summer. Can't call the help number after 9 pm, although they don't answer from about 8:45pm and beyond. I suspect they can't handle the internet demand and won't 'fess up that it's them.
