Chief went above and beyond to fix my unit. Even to the point of coming to my house past 7pm! He is a man of his word and very knowledgeable about all things HVAC. When you hire him to get the job done, thats exactly what he will do. He will go the extra mile to make sure your taken care of.

Clarksville, Kenneth is the man! Woke up to a 50° thermostat reading after the snow/ice storm & knew we needed an HVAC expert to come out. We called at 7am and Chief's arrived promptly, even in questionable road conditions. Kenneth is very professional, and immediately got to work diagnosing our problem. In less than half an hour, he got everything up and running for us, and had our home reheating quickly. If we ever have any other HVAC issues, we know who to call. Our heat went out, and apparently the wires running from our HVAC unit to the house melted. We called three different places, but no one was available, or they said, “It’s not an emergency.” Kenneth, however, came right away and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. He even came out in the snow and was incredibly kind. Clarksville friends, if you need an HVAC guy, he’s the one! ❤️

Kenneth is an excellent HVAC repairman who shoots it straight and gets after it! I called him in the morning and he was able to get me into his busy schedule by early afternoon! By 4 pm he figured out why my 16 year old unit was down (bad compressor) and was able to bypass wiring to ensure my family had heat during the coldest nights of the year thus far. He was a pleasure talking to and explained everything in detail and even took the time to show me with his electric meters what actual readings were compared to what they should be. He diagnosed the issue and gave me a very fair quote for a new unit. I ultimately went with a different unit from another HVAC company but Kenneth deserves recognition as a quality HVAC professional. With a cold front and short notice, Chief’s Heating & Cooling conducted a rapid-response, open-availability call, identified complex issues during the initial call, and then performed a thorough inspection. Kenneth Gray was polite, respectful, and fair. Upon arrival, I highlighted the inoperable thermostat. Kenneth noticed that my unit was losing low voltage due to a high-voltage short in the disconnect and immediately replaced the degraded/burnt wires.
