Dan completely gutted and refurbished my home 3 years ago. He redid the kitchen, two bathrooms, living room, den, and all three bedrooms. He changed my house from looking run down and dated, to looking very new and fabulous. I sold the home within 3 days, and received $30,000 more than asking price. Dozens and dozens of people viewed the house in person during it's 3 days on the market, and they all remarked about how fantastic it looked. I received 13 offers within 3 days, so I had my choice of offers. Dan is an excellent builder and craftsman. He was very conscientious about keeping me appraised of what he was doing, and where he was on the project. He was easy to talk to. If I had questions, he always answered them quickly. He would usually give me 2 or 3 different options on what to do

Dan provided extreme care while prepping for the remodel of my kitchen. This was really important to me that we contain the mess as much as possible. His work is meticulous yet efficient. His detail to the small things (touch up, leveling, texture match etc) is why I will have him back again to do my patio enclosure. Just remodeled our bathroom. Installed custom tile and put in our tankless hot water heater. Fantastic work. Great attention to detail. Tile work looks amazing. I'm sure he could tell you a colorful.story about the plumbing trench he had to dig!
