It literally took me 3 months with another vendor to fix a rattle in my Daikin mini split. A month later the compressor died in my marriage counseling office. Without ac, my business is closed! After reading the other wonderful reviews here Melissa was an easy choice! I got the pricing and installation quote in an hour and they were out the next morning taking out my old unit and installing a new Dazuki! I now have twice the BTUs and my office is ice cold and cools off in half the time. Sometimes I really do have some hot clients when they come in upset! The app works great on my phone and I can control the temperature the direction of airflow and the wind speed. There are six different settings and the the quietest one is incredible because I don't know the unit is on. Ask for Fern
