I had an issue with a boiler on the weekend, and one of the owners answered the phone! Very knowledgeable, and willing to help. It was very nice to be able to speak with someone who could answer questions about my issue to help me determine how serious my problem was or wasnt. All the other companies I called were answering services and simply wanted my information and someone would "eventually" call me back. Chilly Willie showed up right away, had all the parts I needed available, and my problem was resolved. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything better than they found. I don't know what more one could ask for. Chilly Willie and crew are my new go-to for any HVAC or boiler furnace issue. Highly recommend.

Ben from Chilli Willie did great work replacing two faucets and flushing our hot water heater. He was efficient, kind, and did a great job educating us how to maintain and take care of our plumbing. We'll definitely be going back to Chilli Willie next time we have any plumbing or mechanical needs.

When my 90+ year old neighbor's heat went out, Chilli Willie came through! I called a bunch of other places and everyone was saying it would take days to come out and check on the system - Chilli Willie not only sent someone same day, they sent someone in just over an hour and got the system running quickly. Chilli Willie did a lot of work at my home right after I purchased it last year (added a new heat pump & furnace, updated ductwork throughout the house, upgraded electrical service). I wish that I could give a glowing review because the work was done well and in a timely fashion, and the HVAC tech leading the job was great to work with. But unfortunately there was a major breakdown in communication after the job was done with the owner and the office rep. It has been a permitting nightmare since the job was completed: permits not opened that should have been, myself needing to reach out to the company multiple times to get inspections scheduled. Chilli Willie was amazing to work with. We replaced our 42 year old electric heat pump. The owner, Steve, is extremely knowledgeably, helpful, and honest which are all qualities you want when you’re doing a large job. His crew of Anthony, Tony, Cross, and Jay were respectful of our home and made sure everything was in working order before they left. They worked hard to clean up the area and left our house in great condition. Jayme was also beyond helpful with the Mass Save paperwork. She helped us the entire way with Mass Save which made for a quick process.
