One of the best! William is a man of integrity which shows through in his work and when communicating with him. We have been fortunate to have Chillie Willie servicing our mini-splits for years. I share this as we have experienced other less ethical/reliant HVAC service contractors. My wife and I find him to be an outstanding person, honest, fair and service quality unmatched.

I thought I had sent my praise to Guiliamo already. Willy blew away the competition by $3000 and with the best ductless heat and air conditiining system, the Fujitsu rated the best most efficient units. He showed up on time, did a picture perfect installation, followed up to answer our questions and gave us a 12 year wareanty to everyone elses 5 year. And now he is offering low cost financing. Extremely happy and recommend him without reservation!

I have been trying to get in touch with the business for 2 weeks. My wife and I have left messages. I cannot speak to anything about the business other than I cannot get in touch with them. If they get in touch with me and end up helping, I will happily adjust this rating.

He did an expert install of our heat pump several years ago and has performed the maintenance we have needed to our satisfaction. We are having him add another one to our home this year.

They came by today and did a great job fixing my mini split so I can be comfortable this summer.
