J is the superhero every homeowner wishes they had on speed dial. He did not just fix our AC; he caught a major error that another technician, who is no longer with the company, completely missed. I am convinced J has x-ray vision, because he spotted the issue within minutes. He first came out while my husband was deployed and went above and beyond to make sure our home was comfortable and safe while pregnant and a 3 year old at home. He then returned today when we now have a newborn who was only five weeks old and our heat was not working at all. J worked quickly, kindly, and with the calm confidence of someone who truly knows what they are doing.
