From start to finish, this company was super responsive, extremely professional, and provided, reasonably priced quality service! I was impressed as was my husband. Everything about our chimney system was thoroughly and clearly explained to us. How best to use it, what to do, what not to do. I've never had a house with a chimney before, so all of this was super helpful information. He put my mind at ease about actually using our fireplace. I made sure she was all cleaned up and ready to go! I'm adding these folks to my contacts in my phone and will 100% reach out to them again for general maintenance and any other issues that arise. Could not recommend these more!

We called Curtis recently because we needed our fireplace cleaned and thought 3 of our firebox panels needed replacing. Curtis ended up replacing one panel and told us that the others still had some life left in them (we always appreciate honesty and saving money!). Curtis also did some repairs on the floor of our fireplace and left it looking brand new. He gave us excellent advice on using a more appropriately sized fireplace grate, explained the reasoning behind it etc. He knows his stuff for sure. We HIGHLY recommend Curtis. Thanks again!

Curtis was great, came out, cleaned my chimney for the price quoted over the phone and he gave me some tips on properly using my fireplace like where to place the grate and other helpful hints. Definitely a breath of fresh air after having another company come out, show me a video of my chimney claiming there were repairs needed (the area he showed me looked fine) and came up with $1,000 of repairs. I am glad I found someone to service my chimney for the future.

Curtis worked with us on a date to come out and clean our chimney even after we had to reschedule at short notice. While here he also fixed the panel wall in the back of our fireplace. He did an excellent and thorough job, was helpful and communicated with us throughout the entire process. Polite, responsive, and knowledgeable. I cant recommend him enough. Great job!!!

Chim Chim Cheroo did a full service cleaning/sweep on my dryer vents and beehive fireplace, as well as replacing the old cracked firebox and re-sealing it in all black. Their work was fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Please look no further than this absolute professional if you need fireplace work done!
