I scheduled an appointment for a chimney sweep at my home in Nicasio. I am 10 minutes from the Lucas valley road exit on Highway 101, just past the marinwood neighborhood. Appointment was confirmed by the receptionist, but the following day I received a call from a man telling me that he would either raise the quoted rate by $200 or take me off the books, due to my home’s location being “not worth it” to him. He literally used those words. When I tried to explain that I’m only 10 minutes off the major highway exit he said “you know what, I’m just taking you off the books. It’s not worth it to me.” HIGHLY unprofessional in my opinion.

Chim Chimney Sweep was on time, professional, no nonsense, performed their work perfectly and cleaned up the workspace. I have used their services repeatedly since 2005 and plan to use them again.

They do a great job and leave everything nice and clean. They also report on the condition of everything about your chimney.
