Thankful for the reviews that steered me to call them! From making this appointment on the phone with a lovely lady, to the time Chris and Gill drove away…this experience was the best. They arrived as planned, smiling, happily introduced themselves, then got right to work. Their process was thorough, explaining every step as they went. They were efficient, very mindful of protecting me and my home and NO hard “solution sales.” I have recommendations that are sensible and will definitely use their products and services. I sent an inquiry regarding a cleaning and they responded so quickly and were able to get me in within 2 days! They showed up right on time and got straight to work. Super professional and easy to talk to. They repaired an area I didn't even know had an issue and provided feedback on maintenance going forward. Hired Chimney Boyz after having a chimney fire and we couldn't be happier with the service. Chris and his brother Gill were prompt, courteous and great at communicating appointment times as well updates when an emergency caused a delay in my appointment. They were thorough, pleasant and happy to share images of our chimney as well as explain minor issues they found. They cleaned up very well after they were done. 10/10 recommend.
