CHIMNEY CARE LLC

Made appointment to have work done at the house on a couple of chimneys. Failed to show up on time, so I called 45 minutes later and was told not only that they wouldn't book a timeslot at 9 AM (which in fact they did), but that 10 AM would be the earliest they would even schedule it, but that they now would not be able to get there until after noon. Unreliable, uncommunicative, and unprofessional.

We have used them for our chimney care for the past 4 years... and will always continue to do so! Extremely professional, curtious, efficient and timely! I really feel they go that extra mile and I love how they remember us year after year. Highly recommend!

Called them over 12 days ago. Said they were going out of town in two weeks. No worries. Got approval for repair on Monday sent email. Got response days later. Said it was clear to go and nothing. Sent additional email and left voicemail. Then get a message on Saturday that they are out town and can refer me to another company. Horrible. I spoke to them and emailed them and called again. Now I am screwed getting a required item done for repairs addendum on home sale. Crappie communication. I will never go back. Unprofessional and honestly dishonest as I was told one thing and never got a response until they conveniently leave for vacation. Thanks for post poning my closing. Carma will get you and I hope it is on your vacation .

Don’t use this company. Contacted him on June 14th for an estimate. Said he would be there on June 17. Sent a text that morning saying he had to go to another location to help a friend. Never called me back. Would not recommend for anyone this unreliable business.
