Chimney Champ's

I reached out to numerous companies via their websites and nobody else except Champs reached out. The technician was 15 minutes early, friendly and even offered to remove his shoes. He found an issue upon gross inspection in the first few minutes. Instead of continuing on with the inspection knowing that we weren’t intending to fix any issues found at this time, he told me his findings, gave me advice and offered to stop there instead of charging me for the full camera inspection. When we do update the fireplace in the future, we will definitely be reaching back out to Champs for the work!

I struggled finding a quality chimney contractor in Avon Connecticut. finally I was fortunate enough to find chimney champs. I needed a tremendous amount of work on my chimneys. All of my chimneys needed to have chimney caps. They needed to be completely restored. Three chimneys were repointed 100% from the roof line up. My stone chimney was rebuilt. I needed to install three fireplace chimney liners and a furnace flu stainless steel chimney liner. The day they came to install it was raining, I was concerned about the job getting done right. I was unsure if they could fit the intricate needs of this job. Despite the hesitancy, they came through, and my dog loved them. She doesn't just like anyone! A+

I am so happy we went with Chimney Champs to install our new chimney liner! They were easy to communicate with by phone and by email. The techs arrived on time and were very professional, they explained the whole process and answered all my questions. All work areas were left very clean. I would definitely recommend.

STAY AWAY! Their communication is horrible, their planning is non-existent, their scheduling means nothing, their work is often rushed and reckless. My chimney was in very bad shape. I hired Chimney Champs to rebuild it from the foundation. New fireboxes, smoke chambers, exterior, liner to the furnace, inspection. On the first day of work, things started going badly. First, they changed the scope to a ‘restoration’. Come to find out later, this meant no inspection. As they were doing work, I found out they did not rebuild the fireboxes or smoke chambers, only “added support and structure”. They also did not replace the flue to one of the fireplaces. I complained many times both in person and via email. All I got was lip service. I had to clean up the mess they left to make space for anothe

My experience with Chimney Champs has been fantastic. I'm a Realtor in CT and recommend these guys to clients who need Chimney repairs and/or inspection. Everyone I know that has dealt with Chimney Champs is always more than pleased. I was surprised to see that there were any negative reviews at all, so I looked at the history of those accounts: The 2 or 3 negative comments are from people that ONLY leave negative reviews (impossible to please) or shill accounts with no prior history (most likely competition). I guess that's just testament to how good these guys really are. I will continue to recommend with confidence that clients are in good hands!
