Dan was responsive, arrived on schedule, performed a thorough cleaning and inspection of 3 flues. Provided recommendations of actions to be taken for identified issues, informed me of items to watch, and explained in detail what work he was performing. Reasonable prices and will definitely be using Dan again next year! Highly recommend.

Dan does a great job, happily answers questions, offers useful advise, and keeps things clean. He has been cleaning our 2 stoves and flues for many years; long enough that the dogs no longer bark at his arrival. :)

EXCELLENT experience! Dan not only thoroughly cleaned my chimney (insert), he carefully took apart, serviced, and replaced a deteriorated baffle in the inner workings of my fireplace insert, climbed up to inspect and clean the roof chimney cap structure AND gave me helpful instructions to perform DIY maintainence that will preserve that cap indefinitely! KNOWLEDGEABLE, NEAT, THOROUGH & RESPONSIVE.

This gentleman and his wife took their time and made sure that our home was safe after some startling alarms and a visit from the fire department. Cannot recommend them enough and will not use anyone else. They gained a lifelong customer!
