The service tech (Cory) was on time, professional, thorough, and most importantly pleasant. He explained all that he was doing, we chatted while he worked on social and fireplace related topics. At the end he left my woodstove and surrounding area cleaner than when he arrived. I would highly recommend them.

Corey was excellent! So polite, friendly, and easy to talk to. He really knew his job. He was very thorough, put everything back together properly, and cleaned everything up perfectly. When I had made the appointment, I actually got to talk to a real person, which is rare these days. I don’t remember her name, but she was very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend Chimney Doctors!

Corey did an excellent job cleaning the chimney. Amazing how much crap comes out of there. He kept the area nice and clean too. Corey did such a nice job with the chimney at my camp that I had him come back and clean the chimney at my home. Once again, super job. Kept everything nice and clean. Because this was an older flue, I asked him to send the camera up to examine things. Everything was perfect. It gives me a great piece of mind now knowing that I won't be burning down the house.
