The staff showed up right on time and were very respectful of the space. They explained everything they were doing which I appreciated since I hadn't had the chimney looked at in years. The inspection was thorough but not rushed, and they pointed out some minor cracking in the flue that we should keep an eye on. They handled the cleaning with care, left no mess, and even gave me a maintenance checklist to follow. It’s clear they know what they're doing and take pride in it.
