Michael and Chris the technician are both great. I called them to check an issue with my boiler connection to the chimney, and they came out the same day within two hours. They were courteous, friendly, and professional, and they followed up afterward as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work done. Makes a change to find an honest company who go out of the way.

Mike and his crew were great to work with, and I really appreciated Michael’s responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to help when my fireplace issues came up. His crew is friendly, experienced, and they care about their customers. The work done seems as though it was done well and they provided after photos and explained what they did thoroughly which I greatly appreciated. Mike came by to show me how everything works with my new damper and showed me how to start a fire and walked me through the process. Highly recommend them for your chimney needs!

Back in January 2024, their technicians did an outstanding job cleaning my wood-burning stove and chimney. They were thorough, professional, and left everything spotless – I was thrilled with the work. Fast-forward to a week ago when I eagerly tried to light my first fire of the season on a crisp, chilly day. To my horror, the base of the chimney pipe was blocked with a thin layer of creosote that somehow got missed. Impatient (and a little too confident), I decided to tackle it myself. I managed to disconnect the stove pipe and clear the blockage, but when it came time to reconnect everything… disaster. No matter what I tried, I couldn’t get the pipe properly

ChimneyMD did an excellent job cleaning my wood pellet stove and gas fireplace chimneys. They deep cleaned the units too and my gas fireplace works the better than when we bought the house. Michael, Will, and another staff member were all super friendly and answered all my questions. Highly recommended and will use them every year for maintenance.
