John with Chimney Solutions was incredible to work with! Very kind, helpful, and flexible when I ran into some scheduling issues with other technicians. Fantastic job! The entire process was smooth as can be. From calling and booking to the notifications that our tech was on his way was great. Andrew arrived and was very knowledgeable and passionate about fireplaces. He did a great job explaining the inspection process and setting expectations. Andrew was thorough and let us know our fireplace was in great shape. Overall fast efficient and great to work with!

This is the third time we have used Chimney Solutions. 2 cleanings at different houses and this time to install new gas logs. Chip Carruth has been our Specialist all three times and has been great every time. Very professional and clean during the messy process! I attached a before and after and we couldn’t be happier!
