We had a fireplace insert installed to an existing outdated gas fireplace. Chimney.com staff (Tanner & Tiffany) were extremely knowledgeable and responsive. It was white glove level service for a competitive price. These are some after photos - it’s a lovely and useful home upgrade.

Excellent from start to finish! We had a wood insert installed into our fireplace. They came and did the assessment, listened to what we wanted, suggested what would work well, and gave a competitive bid. The fireplace was installed a few weeks later, then they did a terrific job! We have an old chimney with an octagonal pot on top - they even cut the shape of the fireplace cap to a custom fit. Shortly after the installation was complete, we had a toasty fire going and our cat found a good place to nap. We are very pleased! I highly recommend them.

Couldn't be happier with our fireplace makeover. Our chimney needed some exterior work, our mantle and fireplace surround were in rough shape, we had an old gas log set, and a drafty damper. Tiffany and the Chimney.com team took great care of us, and we couldn't recommend them more. What was a bit of an eye sore is now the centerpiece of a cozy family room. Installation was quick, clean, and very professional.

This company is patient and works with their clients. I started the process during the summer and signed a contract and paid the deposit but had to postpone install due to structural work that was occurring in the house.
