I cant say enough good things about this company. Im a manager of a auto shop. a month ago a door was damaged and another company was called they came and got the door usable and I asked for an estimate to fix(replace it) month and 2 weeks later I have not heard back at all even tho I called them to remind them. Still nothing. So I called these guys and the next day a guy came out to inspect a few days later I got 2 detailed quotes to either repair or replace. Both very reasonable. I got approval and emailed the team back to move forward. Im so beyond thankful I made this call. The service is beyond amazing and will be my go to call every time. Keep up the great work!!!!

Excellent company to work with! They were able to come the same day and repair my garage door to get it working again. The person who came out to repair the door was very kind, professional and friendly, as well as the people I spoke to at the office- very nice people and great to work with! Great service! The same day we called, they were able to send someone out. The technician was professional, friendly, and had excellent communication throughout the process. They provided clear estimates before starting any work, so we knew exactly what to expect. They made sure our garage door was running perfectly and that we were completely satisfied before leaving. Used their website and it was very easy to schedule a next day appointment to have a broken spring replaced. Technician was right on time and did a great job. I got an email with the invoice and the pricing was fair, about what I expected. The email also offers a 10% discount to write a google review. I find this practice to be extremely questionable and it may actually be against google policy. 5 Star service, 1 Star business practice.

Called CVDC to help repair a minor accident with our garage door and they came out in just a couple days! They communicated the ETA and were so friendly and kept me in the loop the entire time! He worked quickly and verified all was working well before he left! Appreciate the work! Thank you Chippewa Valley Door Company! I hope I don’t need you again- but will definitely use if needed and I have already told family and friends about my experience!
