This is my families second review. First one my wife made. I called for emergency help. Although, they couldn't make it out tonight because of their long list of emergencies, I was given pointers on how to possibly fix our furnace issue and it worked. -22° out currently so the pointers were greatly appreciated. 10/10 highly recommend. Chippewa Valley Machanical will always be our first call.

Reached out to Chippewa Valley Mechanical via their website for a non-emergency furnace issue. I received an email response within an hour and by the next day, we had a scheduled visit. Travis was friendly and knowledgeable, answering my questions and taking the time to explain the needed repair. We had been waiting for a replacement AC unit from another company all summer (was told in June it could be a month or so before it would arrive, never heard back). When I asked Travis about one, he was able to order the unit and get it installed within the week! Thank you Travis and team for the wonderful service! Fast, friendly, and great communication all around! Highly recommend!

Chippewa Valley Mechanical installed a new furnace this past winter and the AC recently and they gave exceptional service throughout the process. The products they installed have worked wonderfully. The estimate and prices were reasonable, too. Many thanks to Luke and the staff!!

I highly recommend Travis and his team for your mechanical household repairs and replacements. I found a leak at 8:30pm from my water heater and luckily was able to reach Travis. He came out the next morning to diagnose and the replacement was made the following morning. Not an expense I wanted to have this time of year but having no hot water - I couldn’t have had a better team to get me up and running. The boys who came into my home were very nice and informative.
