One of their drivers was driving recklessly this morning. Cut off so many people on the expressway and got off near Alamo. If their service is as good as their employees’ driving, consider hiring someone else. Awful.

I got my new home three years ago and it came with a pool. These guys came by right away and took care of my pool and have been doing a great job ever since. I trust them 100% to come to my backyard whenever I’m not there and service my pool. Overall, it’s just a great service at a great price with good honest workers. I had an emergency with the pool not working properly with a party about to go on and these guys came by and took care of it on short notice as a favor and I’m grateful for that. Would recommend.

The owner Michael is amazing! Excellent communication and very friendly. He knows how to treat customers. The pool tech who serviced our pool filter was very knowledgeable but could brush up on people skills. I’ll chalk it up to he wasn’t having the best morning. 5 stars because of the awesome and very courteous owner. 😀

We have not lived in our home very long and we are very new to pool ownership. When the motor on our pool pump went out I was thankful for a friend who recommended chlor-a-clean and Mr. Mike. He answered our call very quickly and one of his team members was at our home the next day. He diagnosed the issue and gave us a very fair quote. Then he went out of his way to locate the parts we needed on a Saturday and installed everything so quickly and professionally. The most impressive thing about working with this company, though, is their exceptional customer service. Not only is Mike super knowledgeable, he has a level of courtesy not very common these days.
