Our chlorinator went down and the support the company gave us was very amazing. They walked us through the whole process of what the check and what to do and gave us recommendations. Was a good experience. Friendly, professional, supportive, communicative, in very fast (almost immediate) responses. All around great way to run a business.

This place is filled with amazing people with amazing talent, it is home to Sentry Ultraviolet as well. Go check out their stainless steel line of UV pool systems if you are looking for Crypto killing pool systems, they are blazing trails nationwide with UV systems in high profile places such as Disney World Japan!

If you want to buy a new system, they are responsive. If you want to maintain your new, very expensive Chlor-Kings (two total), no support, limited supply chain, promises not kept (Linda, the sales manager - flat out lied about sending supporting documentation to maintain the units). I imagine all the 5 star reviews on the company are just friends of theirs.

Awesome people. Great products. A pleasure to work with such an attentive supplier. Also, extremely impressed with the workmanship. Welds in particular are very impressive.
