Choice builders worked hard to employ reliable experienced contractors to repair my home Ralph Pagnatta, PE, diligently worked with my insurance agency to explain and get costs covered by insurance for replacing our roof. Our job required the removal and replacement of all our rotted cedar before starting the roof. They didn’t shy way from a difficult job that dragged out longer than expected. Gutters are next on the list! It was a professional clean job. It’s been a while since we’ve experienced such hard, honest, quality work.

They handled everything from the initial inspection to filing the claim to the adjuster inspection and right up to the insurance claim acceptance. They kept in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. Ralph Pagnatta came and explained what materials were being installed, the installation process and went over any concerns I had, which were all met and then some. Will walked me thru what to expect for installation, assisted in picking the roof color, and both made sure I was happy upon completion. We were very pleased using Choice Building Group for our recent new roof installation. Ralph helped us work with our insurance company to get approval for a new roof installation after some recent storm damage in our area. Choice Building Group did a complete roof replacement on our home. We interviewed several roofing contractors. Ralph and his team are excellent. Attention to detail was impressive. They did exactly what they said they would do with no "surprise" add-ons to the project. They are also very experienced in residential roofing, how to efficiently stage the job and make sure that during the project the roof is always protected against possibility of rain. They were on the job for three days (exactly how long they said it would take) and cleaned up all debris every day. At the end of the job they returned again with magnetic rakes to pick up any stray roofing nails from the planting beds and walking areas.
