I was initially impressed by the explanation of the ant behavior by the technician, Charlie. Not only was he very knowledgeable, but he was so thorough with the inspection. He made sure to use ample bait and spray for the outside of the home and around windows and doors. The most important takeaway about Choice Pest Mgmt that you need to know is how much they care about solving your pest problem. They know their stuff! Also, the owner, Dale, with whom I made first contact, was very encouraging about solutions and sympathetic to my situation, as I keep my home very clean and couldn't figure out why I had all these ghost ants. It's Florida and it's wild out there. Get Choice and you'll be so happy you did! ❤️

I’ve been using this company as my Pest Control provider for about three years. For the last few months, i’ve been having problems with seeing cockroaches appear randomly in my home. I contacted this company to have someone come out to resolve the issue multiple times. I did this as a loyal customer. Well I had enough of seeing a cockroach on my wall when people walk in my home so I canceled the pest service by leaving a voicemail message. What surprised me was that the manager didn’t called to find out how or what he can do to resolve the issue or even apologize for the issues I’ve been having. The tech did a thorough inspection, gave me options, treated at that service call, and has been excellent with follow up to a couple of questions and advice for preventative treatment going forward. Choice has provided excellent service. Much appreciated.

What a wonderful company to do business with! We called for an initial evaluation for our home and they sent Gillian to us. She was thorough, detailed and explained all of our options with no pressure. She kept reassuring us that since we signed on with them, they would always be here for us! We had a ghost ant problem and she did her magic and got rid of them and came back to follow up. I then called her in a panic that a box I opened had some cockroaches in it and freaked me out - she reassured me all would be ok and she would come out next day! Lastly they are a family business which I just love, as I am one too! Highly recommend !
