Brendan was very helpful, quick, and knowledgeable in solving our ductwork problem, we went though AHS and they were very quick in response and scheduling. Would recommend!

So far this company has not called me back to even schedule an appointment and it has been over 24hrs. My home warranty company AHS chose them. They are not responding to V mail or even answering the business phone listed. Not fair to customers if your company can't handle the workload!

My kitchen sink was backed up. I was pleasantly surprised that Choice Plumbing was able to fit me into their schedule on short notice. My technician, Kevin explained the process to me. He was very professional. I am a satisfied customer! I will contact Choice plumbing for any future plumbing issues!

Choice plumbing and, heating & A/C was my assigned vendor to perform a A/C tune up. After two weeks of receiving no scheduling and after a payment was processed from my end, I called to see If I could be place on their schedule or at least for an update on availability. customer service, the only woman working, she claimed handling all the scheduling was absolutely rude, immediately had an aggressive tone and seemed very stressed out and frustrated I even called for an update. Stated that she will call me to schedule, and if I ever miss her call I will be be placed lower in the que list. After 2.5 weeks waiting I received no call and still no update. I then called again for an update on scheduling, she told me she doesn’t have enough staff only 2 HVAC techs to perform work, stated her vend

Put request in on Sunday no one got back to me til that Thurs which is alot longer than the 24hrs to get scheduled. Lady doing the scheduling was rude. Finally seen by a tech the following Monday who was very nice but did nothing to fix the problem. Going thru a heat wave with no a/c is horrible. Feel like my service fee was totally wasted
