Choose The Right Door

I had a wonderful experience with Choose The Right Door today! They were polite and helpful on the phone, got to me as quickly as they could, and were communicative. When the technician arrived he was professional and kind, and quick to diagnose the issue. He truly went over and above to help solve the problem and help me understand everything. He even taught me how to maintain my garage door to prevent future issues. Truly a great experience, I would recommend to anyone!

AHS sent this company to my house when our garage door stopped working. I'm sure I'm not spelling this correctly, and I apologize; but Manu was great! He arrived early, and quickly figured out the problem in no time. We've had no problem with our garage door ever since!

I was very impressed by this family-owned business the minute I met the young man (Kaleb?)who was my service advisor. The young man expressed that as early as 8-years old, he learned everything from his father who would bring him along on service appointments to learn the family business, which is if I recall correctly, 3 generations strong! Kaleb answered all of my questions and even made some suggestions on Smart Garage Door Openers, which I have been researching to purchase and install. He took his time with me to share his analysis of why my garage door opener was non-functioning. I recently used Choose the Right Door through my AHS home warranty. On the initial visit, the garage door didn't fail so the technician couldn't fix a problem he didn't see. He told me that if it failed again to contact them to come back out. Of course, the next day the garage door opener failed and so I rescheduled an appointment. The same technician came out and was able to troubleshoot the issue. He told me they would try to order the part and if it wasn't available they would replace the opener. They called back within that week to schedule a follow up appointment. They replaced the opener and we are back in business. They were very professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. I would definitely use them again.
