We've been using Chris' A/C Company for many years, and they are the best! We have 2 A/C units, and Morgan came out today and made sure everything was in good working order. Highly recommend!

I just had my 19 year old AC unit replaced this week by Chris' AC Company. They have been my service company for about 8 years now. I did my due diligence receiving 3 quotes for various local companies. Generally speaking all were pretty close in pricing. I also researched each of the units offered. Chris' AC won! From the first call to the last call ,everything was absolutely Great. Thanks to Melissa ,Robert and the Installation Techs, Josiah and Lucas for making this a Great experience , everyone was courteous and respectful. Everything was done in a timely manner from start to finish. There were no messes laying around the yard as they cleaned as they worked. I called Chris AC this morning for our air handler that would not shut down except when the breaker was thrown. Prompt service is an understatement!! Freddy arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and went over 3 options (both materials and pricing) and had the part delivered by his Manager (Zach) repairs completed immediately and paperwork sent. Just had to replace my AC/Heating system and as you all know that is a major expense and can be a very bad experience, especially if taken advantage of by some companies. I had a warranty maintenance plan with another company (Superior Heat & AC) so I called them out and they told me it had to replaced. I explained I am disabled and on a fixed income and not able to afford much. Long story short they gave me a bid of $5250 with a payment plan of about $66 monthly so I called Chris' AC/Heat for an estimate and Robert came out, nice guy. Explained they same to him about fixed income and gave me an estimate of $4251 @ about $60 monthly with cash option of $3651 for a savings over the other company which I had been with for years of $1600. What kind of business doesn’t have voicemail set up or something else in place when they are at lunch or they are on another line as I was later informed. I'll be commenting about the service that I received on January 26th 2026 in my next review, but this review is regarding the telephone system that they have. As a new customer, I called on Monday and the number rang continuously with no answer, no voicemail, nothing. I called several times and that was the result.. I went to the website that was listed in Google maps to make sure I had the correct number, and I did. Their email address was listed so I emailed them with my phone number and received a phone call. Their system is not set up to answer your call if they’re on another line or if they’re at lunch, which I was unaware of. But I
