Our experience with Chris' Carpets Service goes back to 2012 when we moved into our condominium in Largo and needed a good carpet cleaning company to come before we moved in. Ron was a gem and an honest man. I made some comment about what I thought of the carpeting, and he told me it was a high-end, excellent carpet and “wait until you see it clean!”. He was right and I’m glad I kept it! And kept in touch with Chris’ Carpets. Fast forward fourteen years later and a little bit in between, we have used at least 5 of the 7 services Chris’ Carpets offer. We had them dry us out after Ian and again after Milton. I would not recommend this company for mold remediation work. I had to evacuate due to 4 kinds of mold in bedroom after hurricane in 2024 and returned home to a huge mess. They stated they had to go into every room, cabinet, closet etc for cleanup but mold was only in one room. Some areas were not touched at all. Items were not put back in place as stated. There is a whole in window screen that they made for a hose and did not fix. I took pictures. I was repeatedly told they would return to help with disorganization but that did not happen. Huge price!

Excellent! Highly recommend. The quote for the work was below two other quotes and the work completed was top tier. We had a water heater breakdown spilling water all over my apartment. They were professional, punctual, attention to detail and above all honest as to what was necessary to remedy the damaged carpet and flooring. Matthew was the technician who was a pleasure to work with.

In the past 3 years we have needed Chris Carpet for flood restoration and mold issues twice. The damage was substantial and overwhelming in both situations. Thank goodness for this company and everything they did to restore our condo. Professional, thorough, attention to every detail and willing to go above and beyond to make a very stressful situation more manageable. Communication and response time with any questions or concerns throughout the entire process was exceptional.
