When I started with this company, they did good work but new owners bought them and their service has been horrible. I would not recommend them now under the new RMSK owners. Really bad work. I will admit that there were situations where they couldn't provide services due to trash left out by tenants or something but even after removing everything they wouldn't cut grass properly and not provide any trimming in the smaller areas. I have had this company for fours years servicing the lawn and they were good at the beginning but with different owners. Ever since the new owners took over, they have not provided the same level of service as shown by the pictures. They are even neglecting areas that don’t have any trash or any obstruction. I previously gave this company a five-star review, but unfortunately, things have gone downhill. They’ve become completely inconsistent and the quality of work has dropped significantly. It often looks like they barely try, and sometimes my lawn actually looks worse after they leave than it did before. On top of that, they’ve stopped responding to my messages and seem to have just given up on maintaining my lawn altogether. Very disappointing considering how reliable they used to be

I will call BS on your reply to one of the reviews here. As others have said few months ago LOVED this company and their service. I notified them last week when I paid the bill for December ( they did not show up 1 time in December ) I will no longer need their service. They claimed I also had debris preventing them from cutting our lawn. We did have a dead tree that was piled in the front right side of our drive way. The same place we put out trash cans weekly. They included a picture of the tree. Somehow a pile of limbs that was 6 feet along the road and 3 feet back prevented them from cutting our entire yard. My mother in law that lives 3 minutes down the road. She replied to their bill for December refusing to pay due to the fact they did not service her lawn any time in December eithe

reliable and very fair price, does a great job for our lawn cutting, and tree trimming services, we had some big oak trees trimmed back and one large strangler fig tree to cut back. they were fast and professional. prices where best I could find in the area. the owner communicated well and has been very helpful. Do recommend!
