Chris Jones Septic Pumping

I noticed several excellent reviews on Hip Cookeville from people when I was needing my septic tank serviced. I sent a message to Chris asking him for a price and he literally called me within SECONDS! This was in the evening and by 11am the next day, Chris was pumping my tank at nearly half the price as competition. I personally watched the work being performed and Chris went WAY ABOVE in providing top notch service. I also had a collapsed field line and some other issues that Chris gave some fantastic tips to me so I could save some money by doing it myself. Great company. Owner came out and did an excellent job. He made sure that his truck wouldn't damage the cement driveway and gave us tips on proper maintenance. I'll definitely be calling again in 3 to 5 years for another service.

We have used his services a couple of times. He pumped the septic in June and did an awesome job. We recently had another issue and called him again. He came out the same day and diagnosed the issue quickly. We thought it was an issue with the septic but turned out it was a bad clog in the main line. He got the line cleaned out and made some helpful suggestions to avoid those clogs in the future. We recommend him for any issues with sewer or pipes and will use him again for any issues in the future. Chris was the most professional person I have dealt with in a long time. He came out the day I called and within just a few minutes had diagnosed my problem and was quick to fix it. He did not charge me for service I didn't need as others were prepared to do. His price for work performed was more than fair and reasonable.
