He provided a free quote after inspection. He was very communicative and flexible with me. Morris Roofing & Repairs responded promptly when called after roofing tiles were blown off during a recent high wind front that passed thru the islands. Repairs and inspection were performed. Earlier this year I had a leak around my chimney into my front bedroom. Chris responded and came out the same day. He and his brother assessed the problem and said they could fix for $1250. They returned that same week and replaced a couple of boards that were water logged, replaced the shingles and redid the flashing around the chimney. I thought that had fixed the problem, but it hadn't. Called and called and finally got a call back about 1 month later. They came out again and said it was the cap on my chimney. They said it had rusted out and I needed to call the Chimney Guy. I called and he came out and replaced the chimney cap. I thought that fixed the problem until it rained again !!! I called the Chimney guy back and he returned and said the trouble was the flashing around
