I am not sure how this business is as a flooring installer as I am technically not a customer. However, today while driving on 395 N. outside of DC around 2:30 PM. I witnessed one of their work vans with an employee who threw a handful of trash out the window while we are all sitting in traffic. I pulled up beside the vehicle, I gave him the shoulder shrug with my hands up and mouthed, “why did you do that”. He proceeds to roll down his window and start pointing and cursing at me. So I’m going to assume this is the type of business I would prefer to avoid based on this interaction. The world is not your trashcan - and you shouldn’t curse at people for being called out on your actions.

My daughter burned a serious whole in our carpet. I mean all the way through. This very professional service explained everything that would be done and saved me a lot of money! He was able to repair only that spot without me having to replace the whole carpet. I was amazed. It was surely a job well done. Don’t think twice about it. If you want quality & professionalism, this is the company for you.
