I had a very disappointing experience with this HVAC company. In July, their technician performed a coil cleaning on my system. About a month later, my AC unit began freezing up. After investigating, I discovered that the Schrader valve service port caps had been left off the valves. When I contacted the company, they refused to fix the problem and left me with the issue unresolved. Leaving Schrader valve service port caps off has led to refrigerant leaks and serious system damage — a basic but critical oversight. While the caps primary purpose is to prevent dirt and moisture entering the system, leaving the caps off can cause refrigerant leaks as well, especially on older systems. I callled and Taylor quickly connected with me with some simple questions about the machine info. Then he came with another Technician to check the heater. They quickly defined the issue and changed parts. And the heater works again. No doubt they know how to fix the problem. Their response and action are very quick and efficient.
