Chuck Alessi Plumbing & Heating

He did an adequate job. He showed up ontime. I do believe we overpaid a bit - and also, I had to have an argument over the merchant fee for using a credit card for half the cost, which he had promised to NOT pass along and then changed his mind and his wife insisted on charging that fee to us. After we copmlained, though, he called and did not charge the merchant fee we got it all settled but - it was just a bit aggravating. I do feel like we overpaid, again, but in the end he did a good job.

Best plumbing and heating company I have ever used. I will never use anyone else!

Chuck was absolutely incredible! Super fast response time and was able to diagnose and repair the issues rapidly. Also showed me how to identify the issue myself next time so that I can determine whether or not to call. I will not use another plumber.

I DO NOT recommend Chuck Alessi. His work was shoddy and he was extremely disrespectful. He did the rough plumbing in our new construction home. Upon his completion we had issues with the following: - All pex insulators needed to be redrilled in the floor so the wood floors lay flush -broken plastic hangers throughout the house -diverters were not taped off which would have caused water leaking in the walls -the dryer was placed next to my sink instead of my washer; so the order now is sink, dryer, washer He communicated mainly through my husband; but when I did speak to him, he was disrespectful, rude, and spoke over me. I was truly shocked by his unprofessionalism.

Mr. Alessi was recommended by my oil company. Can not say enough how professional and what a wonderful human being Mr. Alessi is.It is very nice to meet someone with such integrity. Will definitely recommend, and use again. Serviced boiler with many problems,in no time at all. Thanks
