Had Chris out to diagnose an uneven distribution of air and heat. Chris had a solution, applied a damper and problem solved. I had a previous service company out and was told there was nothing that could be done. Chris and the Chuck Farrell team are “simply the best, better than all the rest”. Everyone should make Chuck Farrell their go-to choice for all AC/Heating needs.

A few days ago I had no heat and I called even though I knew it was after hours. I expected a call in the morning. A week went by a no call back. I gave them a second chance yesterday and they agreed to come today within a 3-hour window. I did not hear from them within that 3-hour time frame. I called after the 3-hour window had expired and then I finally heard from a technician when it was no longer possible for me to deal with them . so I am done with them. I don't think this is very good professional behavior, especially knowing that we had a very cold snap for the last few days and I was freezing in the house. I'm angry. I can't believe all the good reviews other people have given and how they came during emergencies because I did not have any such an experience.

They replaced my unit today. Wonder company! Efficient. Kind. Good experience all the way around thank you guys!!

So appreciative of the Saturday afternoon service -AC not working in this terrible heat ! Service rep -Hunter was here within 30 min of our call and had the AC immediately working ! Highly recommend Chuck Farrell AC and Hunter !
