Chuck and Tyson were excellent with their knowledge, customer service and flexibility. They turned out the work in less than 3 hours with so much efficiency. I’d highly recommend them.

I just pulled out in front of this business's truck as he was doing over 60 mph in a busy intersection. Then he proceeds to follow me so close that I slowed down for him to pass so he could also slow down. I decided to call and ask to speak to the owner or a manager and he said he was the answering service, when I said I wanted to report a driver he hung up. Then he decided it was a good idea to send me a nasty text message. Good luck with your business when you drive like that and then treat people that way. No one I know will ever patronize your business.

One of his employees struck my car in a Reynolds Company vehicle (driving erratically). I provided estimate two days later, but Owner said "I'll forward the estimate...he no longer works for me." After seeing all of the other vehicle related posts in reviews and now getting this totally unprofessional response, I can't imagine anyone dealing with this company or "owner". Luckily, these businesses tend to go bankrupt. The Scarlett St address is an empty bldg....if anyone has a more current address for this company, please post. It would be greatly appreciated.

Our old unit was over 10+ years old. We kept trying to keep it going but it finally gave out on us. Chuck and his crew were able to get us up and running immediately. Not only replace the unit but change some old duct work as well. The job was done perfectly. We can definitely see a change with the new unit. Thank you Chuck for everything!

I previously used this company in Sept 2023 on a recommendation from another person he has done work for and said how good they were. I was having a problem with my outside unit so I decided to give them a try. The gentleman, David Grantham (looks like that is the name on the invoice) that came was extremely nice and while I got the impression he was new I felt he did a great job and I was extremely pleased. On my invoice it says he replaced our capacitor $50 and charged a $175 service call. But my credit card was charged $233.44, while I wasn’t told there were any other charges I assumed it was tax on the equipment and a fee for paying with a credit card. However, probably should have been noted on invoice. But I didn’t reach out for correction or explanation. It was such a small a
