You can enter this parking lot from 101 before you even hit Ocean Blvd. It's $10 for the entire day. Pay with credit card only at the kiosk and display the receipt on your windshield. Whatever time you enter, parking goes until 11:59 pm. No overnight parking. You can pull way down towards the beach, making it only a 3-5 minute walk to the beach. Wanted to share my experience today since the meter spots are $3 an hour this year (!) and saved myself $30 on a full day.
