Kyle was efficient, glad to explain the maintenance he was doing, and the options for maintenance scheduling. I've had the generator a few years now, and Chustz Electric and its field people have been responsive and professional all along. Very satisfied with their work, both on the installation and maintenance.

Descent company if you judge on skill until something breaks or there is an issue with a repair job. Then the company refuses to admit something could be wrong with their work. Don't expect a call back to set an appointment for routine maintenance. Techs just drop by at their convenience, not the client. Smug, unprofessional and careless describes the company perfectly. Customers or building relationships don't matter to Chustz. Edited to add update: Company reached out to discuss the situation but took the side of the faulty tech. A resolution wasn't an option.

I have never had anything but stellar service for my generator. If there was a problem—even after the chaos of Hurricane Ida—someone returned my call promptly and sent a team member out quickly to check on it. I’ve got nothing but good things to say about customer service at Chustz. 👍

Kyle efficiently installed the Wi-Fi connector to the generator. I was familiar with him, and he even assisted me in downloading the app. I highly recommend him.
