Carlos and the team at CHZ were fantastic! We got a new roof and needed some stucco work done along with painting the house. Carlos was so prompt with all his responses and really worked with us around the roof schedule as well. He was easy to work with and they did a great job. The paint and stucco both look amazing. Choosing any contractor in south Florida is a very scary undertaking. Even after a friend of mine highly recommended CHZ I still needed to do my investigating. After having 5 painting contractors at my house the choice was very clear. The owner Carlos is in a league by himself. My friend was absolutely right. Needless to say his quote was competitive, the finished job is impeccable, my property was protected, and nothing was in disarray. Carlos was very hands on inspecting as the process progressed. I might add, I am a perfectionist and know a great job when I see it. Carlos is a good communicator and I felt genuinely comfortable having him in charge. I truly am a raving fan.

My roofer recommended Carlos for our Stucco work and we decided to also use him for our painting once the roof was completed. He came by and within a day sent us an itemized estimates. The stucco work match the existing stucco pattern perfectly. He sent me everything I needed for the HOA approval. When it came time to paint, Carlos got our color choices and purchased the paint. One color was a custom match to our roof tile and he recommended the color for changing my windows from white to dark bronze. We get so many compliments on how good it looks and my neighbor thought we got new windows installed.
