CIC Floors said the horrible job was because we had a large gathering. That is the exact lack of ownership and responsibility CIC Floors displays towards customers. CIC Floors is a floor company that cannot do floors. Poor quality, poor installation. I would NOT recommend CIC Floors for any home projects. It's a total disappointment and malpractice. CIC Floors did a horrible job with our floors and poor management as the GC on the overall project itself. To be a floor company, this was a very poor job and completely disappointing.
