I’m writing this review while waiting for the garage to fix whatever has decided to stop working today so I can retrieve my car. This is a familiar routine. At this point, every pickup comes with roughly a 20% chance of needing to call customer support, who then heroically attempt to reboot the garage like it’s an outdated laptop. Meanwhile, the prices keep going up, which is bold for a service that functions approximately as well as a wet paper bag. This garage is perfect if you’re the type of person who: • Has absolutely nowhere to be • Enjoys being fashionably late against your will • Loves spending money with nothing to show for it • Thrives on mild irritation • Wants to add “parking garage malfunctions” to your daily hobbies If that’s your vibe, by all means, sign up. Wish I could give negative stars This is a nightmare of a garage!! They lost my car for over 4 weeks and had me call into automation parking every time after which they would gaslight me saying some technician would come to fix it - the technician would never call and I would call again to the helpline where they would have me repeat the details of my car / location/ fob number and say “technician will help you” - the technician never comes. Avoid strongly! I hope I recover my car

AVOID this garage. You will be wasting your hard earned money, as well as your time and energy trying to retrieve your car. This is not a reliable service, and the company does not care about doing right by their customers. You're better off risking a ticket than parking your car here and not retrieving your vehicle for days or weeks.

The worst parking space in the area! Never never never use it! To get your car out takes 30-60 minutes having no clue when you’ll get your car. You will be calling useless call-center communicating every single time all your information (of course, it’s too hard to pull out my account by my phone number) and then you still won’t have your car out. I use my car on weekends only and 3 weekends in a row this company ruined my plans and mood.

Garage doesn’t work most of the time and your car gets stuck when you need it the most. No proper response or no one to help you retrieve the car during those times.
