The office was very professional. They sent Chris, our plumber over super quickly the next day!!! Chris was very thorough, noticed all things that needed fixing and selected the right faucet, Moen and other dishwasher parts. Chris mentioned that Cliento provides 5 star service, they absolutely do. We have peace of mind. Margaret was very hospitable on the phone too.

Chris repaired a toilet, removed and replaced broken shower parts, and repaired a bathroom faucet pending receipt of my preferred replacement faucet. The service was prompt and courteous. Cilento Pipeline saves the day once again! I had an emergency when I came home to find my boiler went out in a flood of water so I called and they got there as soon as they could and resolved the issue. Bruce is the most amazing and efficient plumber on the planet - he diagnosed my boiler's issue and fixed it within an hour of arrival so I have heat tonight and don't have to worry about pipes freezing in the January cold! Thank you Bruce for always being there with your expertise, kindness and patience to solve any plumbing issues. Also, I owe a heartfelt thank you to Margaret in the office for her kindness and efficiency on the phone today.

Mr. Cilento came to give an estimate for a new boiler. I am waiting to hear back from him. Very nice person and explained everything to me. The boiler has since been installed and I am very happy with the installation. It seems to work fine. I'm still learning about the new system. I have some questions and I know John Cilento will address them with me when I reach out to him. I definitely recommend John and his staff to everyone who is in need of his services. Lastly, as special thanks to Bruce, who understood my ancient electrical terms so John could successfully connect my wi-fi thermostat.
