Quick Dry is definitely the Best in the Cincinnati, Tristate area. I have a cleaning business & use their services frequently. When it comes to carpet cleaning I have found that most companies do not have very knowledgeable or well trained technitians, not to mention they work on a commission basis. Gary is well experienced & knows the business. Wouldn't use anyone else.

When your sump pump fails, and the basement floods, it's overwhelming. Quick Dry responded quickly, made the carpet better than new, and were so great to work with. Gary called regularly, checked in to make sure the carpet was drying, and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. Strongly recommend them!

Gary & his team do an excellent job every time. I've worked with him through the Steutermann Group at Coldwell Banker West Shell, and we recommend them to all our clients. Carpets that are worn and so dirty I'd think they have to replaced, come out looking fantastic & like new again. They show up on time and do the job they've said they'll do.

I used this service in the past and was happy with them but this time I had a small job to do; even offered to take the cushions to them. They scheduled twice and never followed through. Very very poor business practice. I gave them two stars only because I liked them some years ago.
