Cincinnati Pool and Patio

Not a good experience at all... Decided to use this company to replace liner, because they installed the pool many years ago. That was a mistake, POOR customer service. They never return calls. To this day I still have not heard from Darren, who Kevin (installer) specifically said would call me. When I would call they would transfer me to "back phone". Which recording specifically said dont call back, just leave a message. So we had a liner installed at the beginning of the year. Later to find a bulge with sharp edges under the liner. I called no answer no call backs. I had to visit store with my concerns. I told them this wasn't right. They gave me a liner repair guys information. When I called him he told me I would be responsible for paying him. Im not paying for liner repair on bra

We purchased a semi-inground pool from Cincy Pool and patio. Overall I would recommend them. They worked with us on our backyard layout which was best suited for this type of pool and the area we had available. While there were a few delays in addressing some questions and some adjustments to the pool equipment, Matt and Mark have stood behind their work and we are very happy. A note: CPP did the excavation and pool install. We separately added the patio and bought the skirting from them and installed it ourselves around the pool. Those may be things they do for inground but this is semi-inground.

We have had a HORRIBLE experience with Cincinnati Pool and Patio since July. We have used them for years to test our water and buy supplies from so when my husband wanted to install a new liner in our pool he started talking to them about the process. He put a downpayment of $4,000 in July and was told that they were shooting for September for the liner to be installed. He called the beginning of September and was told they would look into it. 2 weeks later he still had heard nothing and when he called back was told someone had overlooked an email from Latham and they needed something from the liner installer. Again we hear nothing from them trying to set a date as far as when the liner will be installed or what is going on. I then call Cincinnati Pool the beginning of October and am

If I could give lower than a one star I would. They sold us a faulty waterway system that they said was as good as Hayward - it isn’t. We tried to return it less than 24 hours after purchasing but they wouldn’t take it back. They came out to “fix” it but it still doesn’t work. Their customer service is horrendous. Currently we are waiting for a court date to get our money back.

Had a new in-ground pool installed by Cincinnati Pool and Patio in April, 2025. We immediately noticed the extremely poor installation of the pool liner and brought it to the attention of Mark and Matt. We were told repeatedly that the issue was going to be resolved. No one came, no one followed up. We were led on with repeated empty promises and reassurances that someone would come to fix the pool. It still has never been fixed. Matt finally came one day to go over the pool components with me and show me how to clean the filters. This only happened because I repeatedly called the store voicing my frustration with the condescending lady that answered the phone. Since he left that day the pool filter housing has been leaking from 3 different locations which causes us to repeatedly add water
