Gary and his team are polite and very professional at what they do. Have had 3 trees removed over the last several years, priced fair and cleanup is usually done the same day, depending on tree size. 5 STAR SERVICE AT IT'S BEST, HANDS DOWN !!!

I have contracted Cincinnati Tree Service for over 10 years. The estimates are always fair and the service is exceptional. The workers are respectful of my property, they moved anything that may be effected during the process and kindly put them back.

Cincinnati Tree Service did an awesome job dropping a large dead tree in my backyard. The tree towered well over the height of my house and was very close to my home, so I had a lot of concerns with how it would get dropped safely. The owner provided me with proof of insurance & workers comp paperwork. He remained at my home with his guys throughout the whole process. The guys were all polite and professional. They safely dropped the tree without any damages and even thought to remove a small birdhouse before getting started. The tree was cut in reasonable portions, and they made piles of limbs in my yard which I wasn’t expecting them to do since I only asked for it dropped. I would definitely use them again if needed.

These people if you even can call them that, completely took out my deck when they attempted to cut down what they told me was an easy job. I will never use or recommend this place for even my enemies to use. Please save yourself alot of money and aggravation stay away from these losers.

Unreliable. I contacted the service to get an estimate for removal of a dead tree. I was told that a representative would come out that week-end (and that I did not need to be there) and then call with the estimate. I do not know if the representative came or not, but I received no phone call. Over the next two weeks, despite three phone calls (each answered by the receptionist who assured me she would check with the representative), I did not hear from anyone.
