Brad was able to work me into an impromptu visit! Not only did he know the problem over the phone he was able to make sure my furnace was up and running before bedtime! Thanks again Brad 10/10 recommend cincy heating and cooling!

Brad is a stand-up gentleman, knowledgeable, and passionate about his expertise. I called him late on a weeknight, and he was able to get to my house well after normal working hours. He diagnosed the problem, talked through the issue to educate me, and fixed my AC unit fast. He’s the first and only call I’ll make in the future for AC maintenance and AC repairs (which I hope I don’t have many!). Thank you Brad!!

I will never use another heating/cooling company besides Cincy heating & cooling! This was my first time using them and Brad was amazing. He was able to get in to check out our heating unit that wasn't working within an hour or two of me calling. Not only was he prompt, but he was extremely thorough in explaining everything he was looking for and what he thought might be the issue. He fixed the issue that day and also was able to find and solve another unrelated issue (at no cost). You can also tell that they aren't the type of company that's just out to get your money and that they really care about helping their customers. Highly recommend!

Cincy Heating & Cooling is AMAZING! We called them for our furnace a while back and they did such a good job that we called them back to look at our AC today. They were so patient, hardworking, careful, and overall just did such a great job (again!). We truly appreciate their service and definitely recommend them to anyone who needs servicing.
