I was in a predicament and needed new flooring installed in a very short time frame. Mark and Denise went above and beyond to help me select a floor that would best suit my needs and were able to get it ordered and installed very quickly. The installation crew did a wonderful job installing the engineered hardwood in my new home and replacing the carpet in my old home all within days! Both homes look amazing! I bought a house and wanted to replace the old carpet with laminate before bringing in my furniture. Mark was able to come out and measure for a quote the day after I picked my flooring. The cost was right in line with what I expected. Denise was so friendly and made sure I got everything done just how I wanted while it was being installed. And, everything was done quickly and within my time frame. My floors look amazing! I would absolutely go with Cincy Preferred Flooring again.

We used Cincy Preferred Flooring to install luxury vinyl plank flooring on 2 floors and a staircase in our house. They were responsive and so easy to work with. Everything from the initial consultation to the installation was done quickly and professionally. They also had the best price of all the companies that gave us quotes. The team that did the installation was great! We only had to move our breakables and they moved the rest of the furniture as they were installing the flooring. They originally estimated 5 days for the project but finished in 4. I highly recommend Cincy Preferred Flooring and plan to hire them again this winter to install flooring in our basement.
